Your team, finally free to focus on growth.

We study how your company works and build AI agents and automations that take care of repetitive tasks across sales, admin and production.

Book an intro call

A first conversation to see where AI could be useful to you. And if you don’t need it, we’ll say so.

The problem

Repetitive tasks cost more than they seem

Every day, part of the work in your company passes through the same hands and follows the same steps: orders keyed into the management system one by one, data copied from one file to another, quotes moving from desk to desk before they go out. Those are hours your company could spend on clients and decisions.

And when a task repeats for hours, tiredness sets in and mistakes become more likely: a wrong code, two digits swapped, a detail that only comes to light at shipping or invoicing.

In the rush of the day, something always risks slipping through, like a follow-up pushed to the following week or an enquiry left unanswered. Sometimes that’s all it takes to lose a client who was ready to buy.

The result

What changes when the routine runs itself

When the repetitive steps are handed to AI agents built around your processes, people’s work can shift towards tasks that add more value. Whoever spent the morning re-keying orders can simply check them and give the rest of their time to clients.

The result · 1 of 4

More time for clients and decisions

The hours spent copying, checking and chasing come back for the work that needs judgement and experience.

The result · 2 of 4

Sales opportunities followed up consistently

Follow-ups, replies to enquiries and quotes go out on time, even in the busiest weeks.

The result · 3 of 4

More reliable processes

Fewer manual steps mean fewer copying errors, and deadlines become easier to meet.

The result · 4 of 4

A clear picture of what’s happening in the company

The data you already collect, currently scattered across emails, spreadsheets and management systems, becomes dashboards that decision-makers can actually read.

How we work

Automating your business processes with AI, in three phases

Every project starts from how your company works today and unfolds in three phases, so you can decide step by step whether and how to go on.

How we work · phase 1 of 3

Discovery

We talk to the people in charge to understand which processes keep the company running, then analyse the most important ones with the people who handle them every day: first we map what actually happens, then we work out together how it could run better. Discovery is a paid phase: we agree its scope and cost on the first call. It ends with a report we present to you, setting out every optimisation and automation opportunity we found. The report is yours to keep, and you can have anyone carry out the work, even one of our competitors.

How we work · phase 2 of 3

Design

Together we choose which improvements to build and in what order, weighing where AI adds value and where it would only add cost, and which data can live in the cloud and which has to stay in-house.

How we work · phase 3 of 3

Implementation

We build the improvements you chose, whether AI agents, automations or dashboards, and test them on real data before handing them over. We support your people as they start using them, until the new tools are part of the everyday routine.

What comes next

A company that keeps improving on its own

Clients, volumes and people change over time, and processes change with them. With a continuous optimisation subscription, an AI agent monitors your processes and tools every day and points out where something has started to slow down or where there’s still time to be saved, with regular reports and proposals ready to review.

Where we can help

Where AI agents can work in your company

  • SalesFollow-ups that reach clients at the right moment, draft replies to incoming enquiries, and quotes prepared from the data you already have, so deals keep moving even when your diary is full.
  • AdminOrders and documents that arrive in the management system already filled in, deadline reminders, and monthly reports ready to read.
  • ProductionOrder status updates, information that moves between departments without anyone chasing it, and dashboards built on the data you already collect.

These are only examples: the right solutions for your company come out of the discovery phase.

Why us

Tools built around your company’s working day

Every solution we propose starts from seeing first-hand how you work, so it fits into your team’s day with less friction than a product made for everyone.

Why us · 1 of 4

Discovery comes first

Before we propose anything, we get inside your processes: we talk to the people who run them and look at how orders come in, who copies what and where, which documents travel by email. At the end we hand you a map of what we found, and the report stays yours even if you decide to stop there.

Why us · 2 of 4

We start from the tools you already use

We work with the management systems, files and channels your team knows, and when a tool slows things down or there’s a better alternative, we suggest it, with the benefits and costs of switching. The choice is yours.

Why us · 3 of 4

People make the decisions

The agents we build propose, a person confirms, and only then does anything happen. We give AI the tasks whose quality and accuracy can be checked.

We’ll also tell you where AI isn’t needed

If a process works better as it is, if a traditional algorithm will do, or if automating would cost more than it brings in, you’ll find it written in the discovery report.

Already running

Systems we’ve already built

A few of the systems we’ve built that are at work every day.

Already running · 1 of 5

A CRM that messages clients on WhatsApp

It drafts the messages and sends them, but every message goes through a human check first: nothing goes out until a person has seen it.

Already running · 2 of 5

An assistant that answers voice messages

It listens to incoming voice messages, works out what they’re asking and replies with a voice message of its own.

Already running · 3 of 5

Shift planning for a hospital

A shift-planning system built on a deterministic algorithm: same rules, same result. AI wasn’t needed here, so we didn’t use it.

Already running · 4 of 5

Chamber of Commerce filings

A tool for filings with the Italian Chamber of Commerce, developed with an accountant: the rules were set by someone who applies them every day.

Already running · 5 of 5

GDPR compliance

A GDPR compliance tool developed with a lawyer: the rules were written by someone who knows them, not by a generic model.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to change the software we use?

It depends on what the discovery phase turns up. Often we can work with the tools you already have, but if one of them slows the work down or could be replaced by something better suited, you’ll find it listed among the opportunities, with the benefits and costs of switching. The decision is yours.

What changes for the people on my team?

Repetitive work moves to the agents, and people can spend their time on work that adds more value: checking, looking after clients, making decisions. During implementation we support them as they start using the new tools.

Where does the company’s data end up?

We decide that together in the design phase: some data can live in the cloud, other data is better kept on servers inside your company.

What if I decide to stop after the discovery phase?

The report is yours, with the map of the processes we analysed and the opportunities we found, and you can use it however you like, including to have someone else build the project. It’s written into the contract.

What happens after implementation?

You can stop there, or start continuous optimisation: a subscription in which an AI agent monitors your processes and tools and suggests improvements in regular reports.

How much does it cost?

We agree the scope and cost of the discovery phase together on the first call. Implementation has a fixed price for a scope agreed in the design phase, and continuous optimisation is a subscription you can start whenever you like.
